Overall, it's a good introduction book about intermittent fasting (IF) if you're new to the concept. The book has multiple spelling errors, which do not detract from the message, but really should get an update to fix them. Some of the information requires more research, especially the aspects of working out and what to eat on weight training or cardio days. When you read it at first glance, it seems simple. But then after reading all the information about fasting, and then reading this, it requires some paying attention to the details to plan your schedules for working out and eating in advance. Meal prepping is mentioned to help with fasting, especially if you don't have time to cook every day. But if you want to focus on simplicity with fasting, stay away from the detailed information contained within and focus on the easier methods the book talks about.

I had trouble with the misspellings, needs editing, needs more tables, needs science back up. Reads like a high school research paper before it is edited. The information was helpful, but the layout needs work.

There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. I love the way that there are helpful comments throughout the book. I also read authors book on obesity and, between these two books, feel my life is about to change for the better. Recommen it! Well done!
